Sarah Jessica Parker Stunning at the CFDA Fashion Awards

I truly believe that life begins at 40! Coz that's when all my mortgages will get paid and I can live a more carefree life. Teehee. Anyway, I digress..


Just look at our 45-year old Sex and the City star, Sarah Jessica Parker, when she attended the CFDA Fashion Awards on Monday, June 7, held at the Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center in the blessed city of New York.


The mother of all fashionistas looked so sparkling as she posed for her fans at the red carpet. SJP donned an exquisite dress by Alexander McQueen which she matched with jewelry by Stephen Russel. Doesn't she look oh so pretty and stunning?! It really is amazing how she gets to wear all these beautiful dresses and blings from noted fashion designers! *I am drooling with envy*


Sarah Jessica Parker attended the awards show to honor the late fashion designer, Alexander McQueen, by introducing a segment during the fashion ceremony. And the official twitter of CFDA has nothing but great things to say about our SATC star:

I so admire Sarah Jessica Parker! She's not only fashionably gorgeous, but she has a heart of gold too.

Sex and the City 2 Tokyo Premiere

Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, and Kim Cattrall looked so fashion forward when they attended the Tokyo premiere of their hit movie Sex and the City 2 which was held at Roppongi Hills Arena in Japan, yesterday, June 1, Tuesday.

SJP donned a floral Vivienne Westwood dress and paired it with a Raven Kauffman “Harlow” belt.

Cynthia donned a custom Calvin Klein Collection midnight blue silk jacquard strapless dress.

Kristin wore mellow yellow in Jean Patou.

Sex and the City 2 UK Premiere

Sex and the City 2 had its UK premiere on Thursday, May 27, at London’s Odeon Leicester Square where Sarah Jessica Parker donned a fabulous Philip Treacy hat to match her Alexander McQueen dress.

It should be noted that this 45-year old fashionable actress also wore the same designer during her 2008 SATC premiere.

Sex and The City 2 Premiere

Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattral, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis awed the crowd in their fabulous dresses as they sashayed at the red carpet of their premiere, Sex and the City 2, held at NYC's Radio City Music Hall just a few hours ago (Monday), May 24.

Sarah Jessica Parker, who plays Carrie Bradshaw in the famous film/TV series, donned a bright yellow Valentino, which perfectly matched her new lighter locks.

The 45-year-old newly blonde actress loves her lighter locks. Says her famed colorist Harry Josh, “It was time for something new!”

Sex and The City 2 Opens on May 27

Yep, our favorite fashionable New York gals Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte, will bring back fun, fashion, and friendship starting May 27 on the silver screen. I'm guessing this one is even bigger and better than Sex and the City 1 which I absolutely loved that I even bought a blue ray copy of it!
