Nivea Extra Whitening Cell Repair and Protect Body Milk- a Review

I'll be posting a series of reviews for Nivea's new whitening and beauty products. I didn't ask for these products. These products were sent to me by Nivea end of November last year. I wanted to use them for a considerable amount of time first before I share with you how my experience was, whether positive or negative. Nivea Visage Sparkling White - Trying Out Their New Products

I got this Nivea Visage package from the mail last Friday (and I'm giving away an extra pack!). They're introducing the 1st Whitening + Acne + Oil Control in one product that has 5 actions for 0 impurities! This will be the perfect whitening product for those with oily skin (like me!) and wants more benefits in their whitening products (I do!).

My Nivea Pure & Natural Review

Since I got my Nivea package weeks ago, I’ve been using them and trying them on. You’ve already seen my review about Nivea Sun products. I loved them! You’ve already read my review on Nivea Visage Sparkling White. My dark skin is getting lighter every passing day that I am not at the beach or under the sun. And now, I want to share with you what I think about Nivea Pure & Natural. Okay, so far, I’m not a hot fan. 

Nivea Visage Sparkling White UV Blocker @ Magalawa Island

On those two days that my girlfriends, my husband, and I spent our time under the extreme heat of the sun at Magalawa Island in Zambales, I brought and shared with them my new skin product discovery— Nivea Visage Sparkling White UV Blocker products. Naturally, with the frequency of our beach and other summer activities, we don’t ever think that we can attain the sparkling white color that Nivea Visage Sparkling White UV Blocker offers but at least, we can manage to stay under the sun for longer periods of time without having to worry about our skin getting rough, super darkened and extremely dull. 

Bringing NIVEA SUN to My Windsurfing @ Lake Caliraya

I told you before on My Rated K interview post that I’d be using NIVEA SUN products when I go windsurfing. And I did. I finally windsurfed again last weekend after more than a year (the last time was also in Lake Caliraya Surf Kamp in 2010) and thanks to NIVEA SUN  Moisturizing lotion with SPF 50 PA++ I didn’t get burnt at all. After three hours of continuous exposure under the extreme heat of the summer sun from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm, my skin is still the same color. 

L'OREAL White Perfect, Perfect For Me?

I got this L'OREAL White Perfect in the mail last weekend and I thought it could be perfect for me since I'll be beach hopping at the end of the month, hoping to get a golden tan. Why so? Well, we've all noticed how the sun's rays are different these days, meaning, they're a lot more violent on the skin and even at 9:00 in the morning, sunlight can already scorch our skin. L'OREAL White Perfect can help protect my facial skin from UV rays, hence, I won't be as sunburned, and hopefully it will bring my skin tone back to its original lighter morena shade a lot quicker than before.

I'm not really wishing to be perfectly white because of my love for the sun and the beach every now and then, but at least I won't be as burnt as I was back in 2009 when I vacayed under the sun for 2 straight weeks (1 week in Bali and 1 week in Bora). See this horrible photo below. Eeek! I don't want this kind of tan anymore.
