When I first set up this blog, it was just for documenting the kinds of looks I could come up with by mixing and matching the clothes I already have. I'm not just an emotional person, I'm pretty visual too and I tend to remember my experiences not just on how I felt about them (like that PAL inaugural flight to Bali or how I'm falling in love with my new guy best friend) but based on the clothes I've worn as well. Casual Ensemble by Net Bautista
My Different Faces by Makeup Artist Net Bautista
On this post, I'd like to share with you the way Net Bautista styled not just my hair (I got to wear big curly ones!), but my attires for that day as well --- two simple and casual ensembles. I am in the process of choosing which ones I really like for framing and stuff. Anyway, below are my favorite shots taken by my hubby, Peter Juan.

Last Time I Went Out in the City
I was also happy to see my blogger friend, Jennie, wearing one of the Anne Curtis dresses she bought from me. And of course, how can I not include my blogger buddy Jeman? He was our stud that night. Teehee.

Furry Korean Pumps Help Create My Mafia Look

I loved this photo above taken by our friend Koryn. It did make us look like a gangster couple, don't you think? LOL!
Here are some more shots of my shoes taken by our friends without my knowledge:

To see more photos of that one crazy night, grooving with the reggae beat of Brownman Revival, with my girls and boys, check out our photos here.

Janilyn Footwear
I bought them last weekend and I can't wait to wear them some time soon! They're just so gorgeous! I can't choose which color to buy so as youcan see, for the two designs, I bought two each!
P.S. I just found out that Juan is a brand name taken after Janily's dad. Coolness! It's my last name too! Woot!

Fashion for New Year 2009
Every New Year, our family has always been accustomed to wearing red. Actually, the most perfect outfit supposedly is that of any red and polka dot combination. But since it's hard to find clothes with polka dot design these days, we are happy to wear just red. In Chinese culture, red symbolizes luck and fortune, thus, our practice of wearing such so we may attract more luck and fortune this new year. As for me, just to spice things up a bit, I wore a bit of black too. They look really nice together. A bit classic-looking, but nice. Black for me symbolizes the stable combination of all positive forces (at least in my own world). Isn't it that when you combine all colors, you produce black?
So anyway, this new year, I'd like to imbibe stability & fortune in all my endeavors, thus, the red and black affair for my first few outfits this new year. ^_^
I was wearing red crocheted shawl by 248, old black haltered top, pink cutoffs and red flat plastic shoes.
