I finally got to wear my yellow ballerina shoes! It was a toss between pairing my shoes with a yellow blouse or bag or letting my shoes become the main accessory or highlight of my getup. I chose the latter coz it made my whole outfit shine! I think that's the trick in mixing and matching apparel. If it makes you "glow" and you feel comfy and beautiful in it, then go! The world is your runway. Here it is...

Sexy Nomad is a Fashionista Since Birth
Just like any other talent, gift or skill, one is either born into it or groomed/nurtured/educated to have it.
With regards to my own sense of style and fashion, I believe it's been with me since the day I was born. They say I'm pretty unconventional for someone who was born middle class (my parents didn't have their own money but my grandparents are rich. So in a way, I experienced both good and bad times). But I didn't mind them. I had my own style and I liked it.
At such an early age of four, I was already tinkering with my mom's beaded jewelry and cheap make-up. My mom used to sew and she sewed cute little dresses for me which I gladly wore. As I grew up and resources became scarce, I hated it when I had nothing new to wear or when my clothes didn't match. It proved to be quite challenging on my part since I was surrounded with rich classmates and friends. But I held my head up high and maintained my unique identity albeit a scholar. So what if I didn't have money? My heart was overflowing with hopes and dreams and that's what mattered the most.

Fashion Wear For The Thin And Sexy
Nowadays, women in power are celebrating every body type, every color, every race. Take for instance Tyra Banks who just recently aired on her show that having big asses is an asset to behold. These days, it really doesn't matter what body type you have or what skin color you have. Each and every one of us is beautiful. It's just a matter of believing in yourself and having the confidence to be able to stand proud and say, "Hey, I'm beautiful and I rock!" So on this post, let me celebrate those days when I was fat, thin, dark, fair... you name it. But overall, in my mind, I was still gorgeous and in style. And that's all that matters, folks. What and how you think of yourself is always the name of the game in this business (busyness?) we call life.
