Quality and Affordable Finds at Festival Mini Trade Hall

Isn't it nice to chance upon stuff that you've always wanted to buy and you happen to see them on sale? That was what happened to me and my hubby while out on a date last weekend. We chanced upon some cool finds at Festival Super Mall's Mini Trade Hall. They were selling imported stuff, stuff which we always wanted, but at bargain prices!

The North Face hooded jacket is for Peter. We bought it for only around Php2,000. The fabric is soft and thick enough to keep him warm during the cold season but not that thick that it makes him sweat. It's just perfect.

Jogging cut offs from Cinderella. They were on sale at 20% off! All my jogging pants at home are already 5 years old and I figure I deserve to buy at least two pairs for my new healthy and active lifestyle.

Electric blanket - We got this for only Php490.00. Originally, I wanted a new comforter set for our bed. But because we already have lots at home plus the price range of what I wanted is not within our budget, I settled for a furry blanket instead. And since it's already warm enough in the Philippines, I chose the one that didn't anymore come with all the electrical wiring. I think it's so much better than a comforter because the faux fur fabric is warm enough when used in an air conditioned room and its softness feels quite luxurious against my skin. During the day, I fold it and use as a cover on our lazy boy. Perfect!

This is one thing I love about Christmas. The stuff I want always goes on sale! Yipee! In fact, we also got ourselves a picnic table set which we plan to make use of when I resume my windsurfing lessons at Caliraya Lake. It was only P2,190. That was our last purchase for the day. Weee! (^_^)
